Here is what your day looks like:
1)Complete AI relevant training courses provided by AI team and get the AI trainer certification.
完成AI团队提供的AI相关培训课程并获得AI培训师认证
2)Design customer-robot interaction by reviewing our knowledge base, including Q&A content maintenance, API management and Q&A logic maintenance to guarantee business coverage of the knowledgebase.
通过审核知识库来设计客户与机器人的交互,包括问答内容维护、API管理和问答逻辑维护,保证知识库的业务覆盖。
3)Identify the issues in the customer-robot interactions, prudently analyze the relevant data and generate regular chat-bot performance reports, and continuously improve the algorithm model accuracy, customer satisfaction, and service performance of the chat-bot.
识别客户与机器人交互中的问题,审慎分析相关数据并定期生成聊天机器人性能报告,不断提高聊天机器人的算法模型准确性、客户满意度和服务性能。
4)Analyze the content of sessions to generate self-service rate analysis report, which can explain why customers transfer to agents and what can be done to improve the indicator.
对会话内容进行分析,生成自助率分析报告,可以解释客户为什么转为坐席,以及如何改进该指标。
5)Manage internal maintenance requirement and deliver requirements to product managers, Initiate projects and implement measures to improve KPI indicators.
管理内部维护需求并向产品经理交付需求,启动项目并实施改善KPI指标的措施。
6)Collaborate with relevant function teams to deliver an integrated workflow of demand negotiations, standard creations and project implementations.

Qualifications
1)Full-Time Bachelor degree or above.
全日制本科及以上学历
2)3+ years of professional experience, preferably in the customer service industry, or have comparable work experience.
3年以上专业经验,最好在客户服务行业,或有类似的工作经验
3)Adequate experience in knowledge base and chat-bot maintenance in call centers is a priority.
在呼叫中心的知识库和聊天机器人维护方面有足够的经验是优先考虑的
4)Strong data insight and analytical skills.

5)Proficient communication skills, active learning capability, and sense of team spirit.

6)Good at internal and external coordination, and excellent executive ability.

7)Have a good command of Microsoft Office

8)Understanding of local culture and customer behavior.

Language proficiency:
1)Fluent in your specified language as well as on a professional level of written and verbal communication skills in English.
