Responsibility 职责: This position focus on LTE/5GNR physical layer development, integration and testing on R&S Signal Generators. The challenging engineering daily work covers the following tasks.该岗位主要聚焦于R&S信号源产品的4G/5G物理层开发、集成与测试。日常工作包括但不局限以下所列： • Working in an international development team on the baseband generation of 4G and 5G wireless communications standards作为全球开发团队成员，开发基于4G和5G无线标准协议的物理层基带软件 • Cooperation with our international customers on testing the latest mobile radio technologies与全球客户合作进行最新移动无线技术的测试 • Analyzing customer requirements and specifications with deriving the product features for signal generators分析客户需求与技术规范，开发发布信号源相关产品功能 • Defining software interfaces between internal modules and preparing the implementation of physical and transport layers定义内部各模块之间接口，为物理层和传输层开发做准备 • Analyzing and resolving issues during development, verification and integration分析解决开发验证和集成过程遇到的各种问题 Experience/Qualifications 职位要求: • M.A. / M.S. in Electrical Engineering with emphasis on communications engineering or comparable field重点大学硕士及以上学历，通信工程或相关专业 • A minimum of 3 years of relevant development experience至少3年相关开发工作经验 • Initial experience in 4G and 5G wireless communications standards, knowledge of 36.21x and 38.21x is preferred有实际4G和5G无线通信物理层开发经验，熟悉36.21x和38.21x协议优先 • Programming and debugging skills in C/C++ (Microsoft Visual Studio), knowledge of C++11 is an added value精通C/C++(Microsoft Visual Studio)编程，有C++11编程经验者优先 • Knowledge of Linux tools and scripting language Python is plus熟悉Linux和Python者优先 • Strong problem-solving skills combined with a self-directed approach to work具备较强的问题解决能力，能够自我管理 • Good command of written and spoken English英语听说读写能力要能满足日常工作需要 • Ability to travel occasionally to Chinese and European locations能够承受偶尔的国内和国际短期出差
