Responsibility（职责）: In this position, you will contribute to the development of software for OTA and antenna measurement, as well as radar measurement including the following tasks: 本岗位主要负责OTA，天线及雷达测试测量软件开发，主要包含以下任务： • Customer specific OTA and antenna test requirements analysis and filtering客户关于OTA，天线等测试需求的分析与过滤 • Implementation of specific test cases for customer-defined scenarios and KPIs客户定制化场景的测试用例开发 • Integration test and test cases failures analysis, e.g. lab debug and onsite debug集成测试及用例失败分析，如实验室调试和现场调试 • Project management of software engineering tasks for customer projects客户项目相关的软件开发任务的项目化管理 • Development of portfolio software solutions for OTA, antenna, and radar test 开发相应OTA，天线和雷达测试方案组合的软件包 • Collaboration with RF system engineers to validate software implementations与射频系统工程师合作进行相关软件的验证 Experience/qualifications 职位要求: • B.A. / B.S. or above in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent educational certificate 重点大学本科学位及以上，电子工程、计算机科学、通信技术等相关专业毕业 • Ideally 3 years or more professional experience in software development for RF test systems至少3年以上相关射频测试系统软件开发项目经验 • Good knowledge in the fields of RF technology, wireless communication具备较强的射频及无线通信技术理论基础 • Background knowledge in antenna / OTA measurement熟悉天线及OTA测试 • Familiar with C# / Python programming and debug 熟练使用C#、Python等编程语言，有相关软件调试经验 • Knowledge in automotive radar test is a plus 有汽车雷达测试经验者优先 • Dedicated, independent approach to work in combination with strong customer orientation专注，并能独立工作，有较强的客户导向意识 • Ability to speak/read/write/present in English clearly for both internal and customer communications at a technical level.能够熟练使用英语进行日常与技术沟通
