• FMEA

1. Take part in supplier audit and evaluation (New supplier / periodic audit) together with the relevant department and team 2. Join meetings related to Supplier’s material quality, take part in relevant MRB / NCR meeting 3. Review with Suppliers on quality problems that occurred. Work to understand root cause and develop a solution 4. Follow up with suppliers on corrective actions and improvements. Collect and finalize SCAR on time. 5. Analyze supplier quality performances on monthly / periodic basis. complete report and analysis. Communicate to supplier of their performances 6. Others – according to the company needs Job Requirements： 1. A technical college degree (University BCs.) or similar is preferred) 2. Minimum 3 years suppliers’ quality management skill 3. Familiar with Suppliers’ Audit IAW ISO / TS / IATF process 4. Experienced with supplier performance evaluation and analysis 5. Proven experience in implementing and realization of supplier quality improvement programs 6. Familiar with IATF16949 quality system 7. Familiar with Technical drawings and design / drawings dimensions and tolerances (GDT) 8. Familiar with the process of DFMEA and PFMEA, Control Plans and Process Control 9. Quality improvement and analysis tools 10. Good written English skills. Spoken English is preferred. 11. Knowledge of manufacturing process involved Plastic Injection, Metal Stamping and general manufacturing process if preferred 12. Good communication skill and team work spirit 13. Aggressive, Can work under pressure, responsible and active and have strong problem solving skills. 14. Capable for frequent business trips and work to solve problems at suppliers’ locations
