Description: 1.Create and optimize the procedure of project management and standardized documents 2. Develop strong relationships and manage the communication / negotiation with customer, keep good relationship 3. Attend the review of each projects in ENG, reach internal and external milestones on time 4.Coach engineers to get better project management skills 5.Support the coordination of engineers to lead the projects smoothly 6. Summary and review the project status and critical points 7. Escalate the critical points to higher managers and propose the solution 8. Coordinator with colleagues from GroupJob Requirements: 1.bachelor degree or above in mechanical or plastic 2.4 years working experience of project management, experience in automobile field is a plus 3.Be familiar of the procedure of product development 4.Familiar with IATF6949 and APQP process 5.Solid knowledge and with successful experience in project management, PMP certification is a plus 6.CET-4 or above, Fluent in both written and oral English 7.Master the tools used in project management 8.Good experience of risk management 9.Can solve the problem in complex conditions ,can work well under pressure 10.Detailed and result orientation
