职责描述： 1.Act as a Korean customer contact window for production product quality plus field warranty issues. 2.Respond to customer complaints with on-site customer visit for probleBOSS直聘m verification within 24 hours then communicate with Shajin /Jiangxi plant. 3.Identify and deploy the technical skill sets, resource levels and systems including the engagement of extern来自BOSS直聘al resources as required in terms of manpower and testing equipment. Putting in containment actions in customer inventory and in-transit within 48 hours. 4.Present plant analysis report/8D report to customersBOSS直聘. Regular follow up with both customers and plant quality until closure. 5.Assist in training plant quality for specific customer portal or communication platform. Train others in all aspects of the customers quality system and application. 6.Provide daily huddle notes and来自BOSS直聘 monthly reporting per agreed KPIs. 任职要求： 1.Trainings：IATF 16949：2016 internal auditor. 2.Professional additional qualification: VDA 6.3 internal auditor. 3.Professional experience: ＞3 years in Automotive industry. 4.Leadership: Manage customer expectation. 5.Master Korean, English and Chinese (Writing, reading & speaking) 6.Located in Korea. 工作地点：前期在深圳工作1~3个月，后期来自BOSS直聘在韩国 薪资福利具体面议
