岗位职责 Stakeholder Relationships • Lead external vendors on business requirement collection, development quality control, technical validation and setup • Partner with business team on regular data training to adopt data transformation mindset Data Governance • Implement data governance tool by collaboration with Global/local data, IT team and DPOs • Ensure data quality control by setting up data quality monitoring rules and remediation plan • Update and review data documents remain up-to-date • Implement data access control based on data catalog & governance rules Project Management • Continuous project development on existing data platform through Agile way • Manage business stakeholders and external tech partners to ensure project deliverables on aspects of scope, timeline and budget • Closely work with business stakeholders to manaBOSS直聘ge requirement priority • Early identify potential project risks ankanzhund pending items to communicate with steering committee, PMO and stakeholders • Work as technical expertise to control development quality and code reviews Operational Activities • Guild external tech partners on data platform daily operation • Monitor the data availability and timely communicate with data sources if data gaps identified • Participate data analytics as IT representative on data requirements analysis and provide technical advisory • Debrief data analytics demands to 3rd party agency for execution 岗位要求 List the academic qualifications, skills, experience, and language required to be successful in the position. For professional expertise positions, identify key Knowledge, Skills, Training, and Experience requirements. • English & Mandarin with written and spoken proficiency • Minimal来自BOSS直聘 a bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or equivalent • Good organizational, written, oral and interpersonal skills • Strong project experience on data platform/CDP setup • Ability to clearly present complex ideas and analyses to diverse audiences • Ability to translate customer and business needs into technical requirements • Experience in SQL and a scripting language such as Python or R • Experience woBOSS直聘rking with data visualization tool, e.g: PowerBI, Qlik sense or Tableau • Good understanding on Big Data, Data Modeling (OLTP, OLAP), Distributed Data Storage,BOSS直聘 Synchronization, DWH, Data Mart, BI/Reports, Data Staging, Map Reduce, Deployment in Cloud, Non-Functional Requirements, Data Quality Issues, etc • Good understanding on China data related law, PIPL, CSL, etc • Familiar with big data platform, e.g: Alibaba Dataworks / Max compute • Minimum 3 years project experience within IT data domain: data engineer, analytics. Data science is a plus • External vendor management experience
