工作职责: - To drive the material sourcing process from pre-development stage to bulk material execution with emphasis on quality product, manufacturing efficiency and timely completionBOSS直聘 of all tasks according to seasonal calendar. - To conduct market research on fabric and trims based on product briefing/concepts and requirements of Design team. - To prepare seasonal material presentation to Design, PLM and PDP team during pre-development stage. - To drive for continuous price reduction on core fabric and trims without compromising product quality and durability. - To resolve any issue of materials such as quality, testing and deliveries with PDP team, Technical team a来自BOSS直聘nd vendors related to sample development and bulk production. - To coordinate with various internal parties for process enhancement and problem solving. - To source new vendors as per instruction from VP. - To train and develop subordinates for continuous improvement. - To handle any ad hoc project assigned by direct Senior. - To manage and plan the core program material aligned wit直聘h related team. 任职资格: - At least 10 years of material sourcing solid experience as well as product development on apparel products in global sport apparel company - Strong knowledge of texBOSS直聘tiles, material specifications/pricing and garment production
