• Present electronic control unit design and system performance and obtain concurrence from customer • Manage system requirements and conformance to customer specification • Responsible for understanding and managing to closure product/system issues relative to intended system usage. Maintain customer actiobossn items list and manage commitments to ensure customer needs are met • Responsible for investigating customer product/system related problems and developing timely solutions. • Represents BW-PDS ECU development department for the support of appropriate product teams as product team member. Professionally support the dealer technician to diagnose, repair and resolve product technical related issues in the field of Electric/Electronics and Digital Services utilizing the available tools and channels and in compliance with BMW technical service process, quality and ef直聘ficiency targets. And support BMW China & BMW Brilliance product quality steering and reporting process including the escalation of open issues to define rout cause and solution, release o直聘f service solutions and guidelines, and support reduction of repeated repairs and unnecessary repairs via handling TSARA cases, developing compliant repair methods, coaching dealers and occasionally participating onsite investigations and onsite relevant activities. Support line manager to steer and monitor the case escalation prockanzhuness that involves highly sensitive cases with either complicated technical issue and/or severe customer complaint. What awaits you? -Handle incoming different type of TSARA cases in compliance with technical support process and agreed/set targets. -Efficient utilization of available systems, tools and knowledge in handling TSARA cases and technical issues providing validation and analysis of complex cases including occasional onsite support. -Provide dealer technician with concise, feasible and practical diagnosis and repair recommendations. -Provide Technical Service Engineers and dealer staff with needed guidelines and coaching when necessary. -Investigation, analysis and reporting of technical and product quality issues. -Making independent decisions and initiate escalation process for relevant quality topics in accordance with the reporting line. -Support BMW Development and Plants with analysis of technical and quality issues. -Monitoring TSARA item progress and providing regular updates on the current status of the reported issues. -Verification and release of technical information and service solutions to dealers via AIR and TSIC. -Coordination and verification of technical solutions for specific issues and collaborate with relevant teams to provide required technical support and recommendations. -Responsible of key task groups within the team. Support the manager and guide qualification and competencies of the team. -Analysis and identification of potential quality issues at the earliest stage utilizing available data and tools to monitor quality trends. -Identify opportunities in dealer's technical capability and provide improvement recommendations. -Validation and support with Technical Action and Recall information released to dealers. -Ensure all work is recorded accurately and the information shared between internal -and external partners in a timely manner. -Provide specialist knowledge and training to the Field Delegates. Carry out specialist analysis and repairs using BMW Expert Tools.
