Principal Accountabilities: 1. (5%) Strictly follow company EHS & 5S policies and regulations直聘. Follow R&D personnel's individual EHS responsibilities listed in 'EHS Responsibilities Management Program'; 2. (20%) Project leadership and principal investigator. Provide project management oversight 1) Develop project plans, direct and来自BOSS直聘 coordinates the implementation of approve plans through direct and indirect reports; 2) Provides hands on technical leadership to the projects. Evaluate progress relative technical objectives; 3) Employs strong scientific methodology in conducting projects; 4) Identify potentially patentable development and develops proprietary technologies resulting in patents. 3. (45%) Model Development and Set-Up 1) Develop and apply state-of-the-art simulation methods (finite element, analytic, closed-form) to establish thermo/mechanical condition of materials/products in process/application; 2) Perform QA to ensure accuracy of analysis results. The incumbent should carry out all phases of these tasks with minimal supervision. 4. (30%) Interpretation and Application 1) Take kanzhunthe lead to develop interpretation, summaries, and opinions of the testing and analysis results appropriate to the project end-goals; 2) Document conclusions in technical memo format; 3) Present and discuss analyses with customers. The incumbent should carry out these tasks with minimal supervision and with maximum interaction with appropriate customer personnel Qualifications 1. Master and above on Solid Mechanics, Applied Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering or other related majors; 2. Have 3 years working experience in the area of Material Science in Industry, and fresh PhD graduate can be accepted if qualified; 3. Fluent English; 4. Prefer to have experience of using FEM Sofkanzhuntware (eg. Abaqus, Ansys, COMSOL Multiphysics) . 5. Prefer to have experience in Instrumentation (sensors, Non Destructive Evaluation); 6. Have passion to stimulation work, and be open-minded.
