整车测试工程师

· Test device control and management, including test plan, maintenance plan, calibration.
· Annual test plan development, support development costing calculation.
· Test standard version management and interpretation, work instruction development.
· Align test requirement with test requestor and evaluate test plausibility.
· Tracking and maintain test plans for vehicle EMC testing, including defining testing objectives, methods, and resource planning.
· Ensure consistency between test object and project status.
· Test bench & fixtures design and outsourcing, test bench & fixtures management. Consumables management.
· Implement tests of HVB/E Motor salt fog test, track the progress and issues during test and report them to relevant teams in time.
· Participant in problem-solving, optimization of test process to make sure validation work running smoothly.
· Manage testing data and documents, write test reports, and technical documentation.
· Responsible for creation and deployment of test process and continuous improvement for HVB/E Motor salt fog test.
· Responsible for test lab planning and improvement, responsible for test capacity lifting.
Responsible for test outsourcing when test lab capacity can not fulfill development requirement.
任职资格要求 Qualification / Requirements:
1. 国内统招大学本科及以上学历，或已取得教育部留学服务中心认证的“学历学位认证书”的本科及以上学历留学生。
Full-time domestic undergraduate degree or above, or international students with undergraduate degree or above.
2.具备2-3年及以上相关工作经验。
2-3 years or more relevant working experience.
3.国内高校毕业生大学英语四级（CET-4 425分）及以上；海外高校毕业生须达到同等水平；较好的英语或德语阅读能力，能够进行日常对话Graduates from domestic universities with CET-4 425 or above; graduates from overseas universities must reach the same level; good reading ability in English or German and able to conduct daily conversation.
