工作职责：
MISSION
To offer customers specialised advice, adapting to their needs through his/her knowledge of fashion and style, in order to directly produce an increase in the average receipt.
ORGANISATION
He/she depends hierarchically on the Store Controller, Head of Section and Second of said section.
FUNCTIONS
To highlight the needs of the customer
• Detecting the customers’ needs directly through them or through the salesperson or pivot passing them the customer when the style advisor is in the changing rooms.
• By analysing the morphology and colorimetry of the customers, he/she offers them the product which best suits each one.
• He/she leaves the sales hall to bring in customers when there are none in the changing rooms.
To offer products to the customers
• He/she uses his special knowledge of stylism and fashion in his/her sales arguments.
• He/she offers customers outfits in order to increase the average receipt.
• He/she seeks in store or warehouse or asks the sales people for the garments he/she needs.
• He/she advises several customers at a time when several are in the changing rooms, thereby optimising his/her time with each customer instead of focusing on one to the detriment of the rest.
Knowledge of the product and trends
• This involves having great knowledge both of the product handled and that of the competition.
To train and inform the team
• Collaborating in the “niponas” (Japanese meetings) providing the team of salespeople with knowledge of stylism and also sales techniques of the sales code.
• Giving feedback whenever necessary to salespeople and managers on the level of advice, when they (teams) detect needs and suggest stylisms to the customers.
To follow up on the level of advice and loyalty
• Monitoring the average receipt produced.
• He/she has a portfolio of customers in order to have a greater degree of awareness of their needs, the purchases made previously, etc., and thus to contribute to their greater loyalty.
To maintain the corporate image
• Wearing the full uniform and identification always in a good state.
• Respecting the dress code provided by the Company.
