1. Analyze Business Processes and Requirements: have a deep understanding of the business processes, as well as the needs of the business operations and communicate with other departments and teams to clarify their business needs and determine the development needs of the systems and digital solutions.
2. Collect and analyze data: collect, analyze and organize various data to support business decision-making and planning, including market analysis, competitor analysis, user analysis, business evaluation, etc.
3. Drive digital business development: to collaborate with other teams and departments to come up with solutions for business processes, design and develop innovative digital business applications. This may include mobile application development, ERP system implementation, data analytics, etc.
4. Provide training and support: to provide technical training and support to users within the organization to ensure smooth rollout and use of digital solutions.
5. Follow up the business operation status: focus and observe the operation status of the digital business system and continuously optimize it to provide effective improvement solutions for the business.
任职资格(Qualifications):
1.Bachelor degree or above in computer related majors, with fluent English listening and speaking skills.
2. More than five years of ERP system project experience or system operation and maintenance work experience is preferred, with experience in consolidated reporting, budget management, direct linkage between banks and enterprises, etc. Programming skills are preferred, familiar with popular programming languages such as Python, Java, etc., and have a certain degree of understanding of SQL database;
3. Familiar with information technology system implementation methodology, experience in hosting or participating in large-scale projects, working with foreign teams is preferred;
4. Strong business acumen and communication and coordination skills, strong business analysis skills, familiar with writing requirements design documents and other related documents;
5. Strong logical thinking and documentation skills, good at summarizing and forming requirements and business documents;
6. Outgoing personality, positive, good at communication with a high sense of responsibility, a strong sense of service, learning ability, work carefully and seriously, able to withstand a certain degree of work pressure.
