供应链系统支持工程师

岗位职责:
Provide best service for our supply users
- Collaborate with Global Business and Process teams to optimize existing supply chain processes through regular communication with international colleagues, especially on production planning optimization.
- Analyze and report the trends of issues/defects generated weekly and monthly to define user training needs and solution optimization needed.
- Diagnose issues and provide solutions to Supply Chain users.
- Take functional support and enhance user skills with business partners
Ensure the reliability and quality of our supply chain systems
- Execute and improve proactive monitoring solutions.
Identify & Analyze root cause/evolution, be autonomous on skills, process and documentation.
- Participate in incident handling & issue troubleshooting.
- Participate in validating the quality of new projects and version releases through Integration Tests, UATs, NRTs..
Participate in Global projects and facilitate the implementation
- Participate in Global Transformation projects and facilitate the rollout/ implementation of new SAP modules or other ERP systems in North Asia & South Eastern Asia
- Take effective communication and continuous improvement
任职要求:
- BS/BA in Computer Science or related discipline required.
- Having Experience or Motivated to do functional & technical support to our supply users
- Proficient in oral and written communication in English is a MUST to effectively collaborate with international teammates.
- Excellent communication skills, strong sense of responsibility and teamwork, customer-oriented.
- Logically thinking, Quick learning ability & Proactive
- Knowledge on Supply Chain preferred (Forecasting, Manufacturing, logistic, dispatch etc.), experience in MasterProductionSchedule(FG/Component) is an added-on
