Data Analyst

Responsibilities:
• Design core metrics to efficiently reflect both static and dynamic MP state, and
develop the mechanism and pipelines to monitor MP status / performance in
various aspects
• Construct offline dashboards to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented
strategies and to diagnose the healthiness of the business, also drive the iteration
of reports from offline to online / automatic products
• Create and refine MP-level decision-making frameworks, and propose tangible
strategies from a quantitative perspective
• Align the perception of MP critical frameworks across multi-functional teams
• Support on offline simulation / estimation / status evaluation / result illustration
for operation and product teams
• Collaborate closely with operation teams to understand the ins and outs of MP
strategies, as well as to help and understand their performance and areas of
improvement
Qualifications:
• 0-5 yr working experience
• Master's degree, preferably in Finance/Economics, Mathematics, Computer
Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or similar disciplines
preferred
• 3.5 GPA minimum, 3.7 GPA or higher preferred
• Programming skills (e.g., Python) are strongly considered
• Experienced in machine learning and optimization methodology is strongly
preferred
• Knowledge of databases and query language (e.g., SQL) is strongly considered
• Self-motivation, intellectual curiosity, outstanding logic, analysis, and problem solving
skills combined with an ability to see the big picture while remaining
detail-focused
