实车测试/标定工程师-车辆动力学/制动/悬架

方向：主要是底盘的制动模块，open看悬架/车辆动力学/以及其它底盘方向
岗位岗位出差占比比较多，如果技术合适，英文可以适当放开要求
The Role
This engineer will be responsible for testing brand new chassis system features and improvements. You will prepare and instrument a prototype, execute tests, and document your findings. You will also work together with the development engineers to ensure the feature meets the very high bar of quality and Tesla experience before it enters final validation stage.

This team works continuously on new features and new prototypes. You will collect test requirements from the different team members and set your own test priorities/schedule, continuously look for ways on how to improve and simplify your test methods. This role is very hands on with vehicle modifications or root cause a hardware/software issue to ensure a successful test.

The role will mostly be located at proving grounds and will require seasonal travel.

Responsibilities
· Execute in-vehicle test cases
· Collect and document objective and subjective feedback
· Iterate on new features with engineers towards final solution
· Manage a fleet of prototypes, define retrofit/repairs priorities, and organize shipping with logistics team.
· First line support for debugging prototypes

Requirements
· BS degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or proof of exceptional skills in related fields
· Experience with vehicle testing or racing - professional, amateur or university
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to multi-task and context switch between orthogonal projects running in parallel
· Basic understanding of vehicle fundamentals
· Basic software/scripting experience
· CAN Tools,instrumentation and data logging experience is a plus
