Responsibilities
As a member of the team, you will be working with other engineers to build the data migration services for empowering all cloud service users to easily migrate their content to Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
• Design and implement secure, highly available, highly reliable, and performant data migration services which will be running as microservices and exposed to users via web frontend and mobile app.
• Ensure that all the services are well monitored, healthy, and highly reliable
• Leverage both Microsoft internal and open-source technologies to make our products perfect
• Research and prototype the innovation ideas for bringing new values to the solutions
Qualifications
3+ years of industry software development experience.
3+ years of programming experience with any of C#, Java, C/C++, Javascript, etc.
Strong coding, debugging, algorithm design, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in any of areas including microservice, Azure services like Kubernetes and storage, cloud storage service, MongoDB, React, iOS is a plus.
BS/MS in Computer Science or a related technical field.

微软的标准面试流程是：如果简历合格，会有一小时电话面试，若通过，会再二三轮技术面试，如通过，会有1-2轮一线经理面试，然后二线经理面试，最后人力资源。每轮一个小时（视频，共享桌面，用编辑器写代码），社招面试主要关于数据结构，算法和之前项目经验，解决问题能力。务必好好准备（大多数候选人都失败在这里了），可以在谈面试日期时留出几天准备。
