Responsibilities：
KTM activities
• Common decision making with his supervisor of project timeline in commitment meeting with suppliers:
• Check the timeline, evaluate the plausibility.
• Find out the potential improvement and implementation with suppliers.
• Support to control the supplier’s overall timeline:
• Checking the timeline of suppliers.
• Checking their plausibility and optimization accordingly based on the critical aspects.
• Analysis of supplier’s manufacture feasibility, checking the developing, tooling, storage and production processes at supplier side.
• Reporting of the project status:
• Implementation of milestone check visit.
• Report of milestone of the projects.
• Optimization of the project in different phases -Localization of weak points:
• Analyze of parts, tools, production equipment by the suppliers regarding to lack of production.
• Steering the implement of the improve measures.
• Ensuring the capacity:
• Evaluation and securing of supplier’s capacity in different project milestone for SOP.
• Supporting series capacity bottleneck.
• Preparing and presentation of the project status in different committee and escalation meeting.
• Coordination with the Quality Assurance, the Technical Development and Logistics for quality and demands of parts.
Supplier management
• Implementation and optimization of supplier management from quality perspectives based VDA 6.3 and Formel-Q for the whole supplier lifetime.
• Potential supplier scouting and evaluation.
• POT implementation in cooperation with other related departments.
• QTR evaluation and rating in cooperation with other related departments.
• Participate and support the supplier process and parts quality audit activities.
• In charge of professional know-how exchange and build up local competent team in area KTM and supply chain management and self-development
• Responsible for the professional development of the team members by identifying qualification needs and providing personal qualification measures in area KTM/supply chain management.
• Self-development to be accredited VW-Auditor according to the company’s strategy to build up local competence.
• Support function and ad-hoc
• Support the supplier rating activities.
• Support KTM manager on strategy development, organization-development and optimization.
Requirement：
• University/Master student or graduate with major in Automobile engineering or related majors (Management/Material/Electrical or similar).
• Overseas studying/working experience is a plus.
• Working experience in the automotive sector.
• Strong language skills of Chinese, English and/or German(plus).
• Team player with motivated positive attitude.
• Strong communication skills in multinational international environment.
• Target oriented work attitude with willingness to learn and taking responsibility.
• IT-Know how: fluent in using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
• Travelling willingness.
