(Sr) Manager Consumer Fraud Risk

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for handling merchant level consumer fraud issues, mainly focusing on named merchants such as high risk gaming merchant’s fraud control
• Responsible for onboarding success rate monitoring and consumer fraud rule setup and ongoing optimization
• Responsible for monitoring the daily success rate, transaction pattern, fraud report from merchant level data to take proactive risk actions to decrease the fraudulent transactions and drive the positive impact on success rates
• Responsible for working with MS team and Risk product team to set up appropriate risk alerting mechanisms to monitor the payment related metrics and set up SOP of follow up actions to mitigate fraud risk proactively
• Responsible for supporting merchant on fraud rule optimizations, assessing the effectiveness of customized fraud rules, and evaluation the performance of whitelist customers
• Responsible for providing regular risk training or education to merchants to align the agreement and expectations of account based risk control, join QBR to present risk performance
