Responsibilities
As a Manager / a Senior Associate, you will be working closely with your team manager to provide high level consulting services to our clients.
You will be joining our Japan Business Development team to provide professional consulting support and help our clients, mainly Japanese companies, on:
• Internal audit and governance risk compliance management
• IT / Digital transformation and implementation
• Engaging in SAP and other ERP projects and the development of businesses ensuring quality
• Cyber security management
Requirements
• A bachelor’s degree or above
• Experience working for multi-national company with relevant role or providing consulting services to Japanese company
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving capabilities
• Fluency in Japanese (JLPT N1 level), English, and Mandarin
• Native Japanese speaker is advantage
• Work experience in any of the following such as internal audit, governance risk compliance management, digital transformation, AI, and ESG is preferrable
• Good project management and time management skills under tight deadlines
• Meticulous attention to detail, superb organization skills, and strong sense of ownership
