Sample Coordinator

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
Assist PE Director on executing various projects for Inline and Off calendar. Work accordingly with the PE Teammates and factory to expedite Buy Ready process. Builds and maintains a positive, collaborative relationship between HD internal and external as needed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Response for market sample operation. Work with factory to ship samples as US required, on quality on time. Maintain and update the sample tracking list.
- Integration and Coordination: Assist Director to analysis products changes, drop and new adds. Consult with HD PE regarding scheduling and holding meetings with Internal & External Teammates during various phases of the development process.
- Consolidation: Assist HD PE team to update all aspects of projects in the Central Shared Drive. Collect and update of Agenda for weekly meeting to US PD, L10 and Internal Teammates.
- Seasonal Calendar: Assist PE Director on working development Key dates with US/Singapore office. Submit Key dates to HD T1.
- Communication: Effectively communicated with Jinjiang teams (PE, Lab, Material, and Planning). Review and update project status and reports to Director. Maintain a constant communication with PE to ensure all inquiries, issues and requests are answered and implemented.

Assist US PD travel schedule to China.
Consolidate sample show room.
Gather seasonal new strike offs, swatches, Master standard, color windows.
Manage Shipping samples.

On time FLR/SMS sample delivery
On time Buy Ready
On time Commercialization done to support the on-time production delivery

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
College or above
Experience:
New graduate is fine with Major in English, material, or chemical.
Knowledge:
Basic footwear knowledge is a plus.
Computer skill (Excel, Word, PPT)
Interpersonal Skill:
