Corp dev & strategy associate

Location: Shanghai
Corp Dev & Strategy Associate is to support and drive various strategic projects, ranging from Internal Consulting, M&A / investments, Data and Business analysis
Main Job Responsibilities:
• Research and produce industry, competitor, regulator overview report
• Assist to produce strategic growth paper for internal and external communications
• Coordinate, support and deliver cross functions strategic projects
• Conduct preliminary Commercial, Financial and Legal Due Diligence on potential M&A or Investments targets
• Coordinate M&A / Investments deal process, capable to liaise lawyers, accountants and investment bankers
• Assist to drive International Business Development
• Conduct data driven business analysis to support functional head
• Coordinate internal function to collaborate with invested company deliver partnership projects
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in any discipline (science degree preferred) (international background preferred)
• Experience within a Strategy Consultancy Firm, Transaction Service of Big 4, Investment Banking, Growth Capital & VC
• Hypothesis Thinking and Problem Solving
• Budgeting, Forecasting, and modelling capabilities
• Understands transactional legal
• Business strategy development
• Internal Communications
• Excellent with PPT, Excel, Word
• Fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese (preferred)
• Strong desktop and interview research capbilities
A plus if you also have:
• MBA
• Experience in investment banking or fin tech industry.
• Experience to use Wind, Bloomberg
• Fintech bd or capital market bd experience preferred.
