Responsibilities:
• Strategize go-to-market offering
• Community building and management
• Onboarding new partnerships
• Manage social media channels
• Leading marketing initiatives
• Leading PR
• On-boarding key influencers and OG advisors
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field (Optional but preferred) Masters degree in marketing or MBA 8+ years of professional experience and 3+ years of people management experience 3+ years of experience in a high-growth startup environment Experience in building and managing a high-performing marketing team In-depth knowledge of Layer-1 blockchain networks and/or DeFi, NFT and crypto gaming. (Optional but preferred) 3+ years of full-time experience at a notable layer-1 blockchain network and/or DeFi/NFT/Gaming protocols Self-motivated to prioritize and manage workload and meet critical project deadlines Highly organized with strong attention to details Strong understanding of data/metrics that need to be tracked and investigated to understand success and performance in developer/user acquisition and engagement Excellent leadership, interpersonal and relationship management skills Superb spoken and written English
