Job Responsibilities:
Client Liaison: Specializing in assisting overseas brokers with institutional client onboarding, including liquidity providers, brokers, funds, etc.
Market Liquidity Support: Assisting overseas brokers in providing market liquidity, ensuring effective client service and business operations.
Client Needs Analysis: Understanding and analyzing client needs to tailor services and improve client satisfaction.
Exhibition Participation: Engaging in planning and organizing industry exhibitions to enhance company brand recognition and client networks.
Business Negotiations: Conducting business negotiations to establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with clients.
Market Research: Conducting market research to understand industry trends and competitor status, supporting business strategy formulation.
Job Requirements:
Social Skills: Excellent social skills to effectively build and maintain client relationships.
Foreign Language Communication: Strong foreign language communication skills, comfortable in a multilingual environment.
Business Development Skills: Outstanding business development skills to identify and leverage new business opportunities.
International Finance Experience: Candidates with international finance experience are preferred.
Overseas Resources: Preference for candidates with overseas resources and networks.
Flexible Traveling: Ability to adapt to unscheduled overseas trips and participation in exhibitions.
Analytical and Planning Skills: Ability to analyze client needs and market conditions, effectively planning business development directions.
