JOB DESCRIPTION IN ENGLISH: Highlights: • Provide secretarial support to the Director. • Having relevant work experience and being passionate about interior design and office furniture. • Candidates with experience in interior decoration projects will be given priority consideration. • Candidates who can start immediately will be given priority. Job Responsibilities: • Providing comprehensive secretarial support to the director. • Effectively managing and assisting with project work. • Collaborating closely with the team to achieve sales goals. • Handling customers' inquiries, provide proposal and quotations. • Handling document work, including bidding, quoting, and invoicing. • Dealing with supplier matters, responsible for procurement, order arrangements, and logistics. • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned Qualifications: 1/Experience: • Having relevant work experience and a higher diploma. • Candidates with experience in interior design and office renovation projects, on-site coordination experience preferred. 2/ Skills: • Familiar with professional knowledge of interior decoration and furniture design. • Familiar with procurement, logistics, and transportation. • Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, Projects, PowerPoint, and other software. 3/Language Ability: • Fluent in Cantonese, good written and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin. • Possessing good communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and resilience. 4/Personal Qualities: • Creative, strong execution capability, attention to detail, self-motivated, and responsible.
