主要职责 Major Responsibilities  ECU development and coordination  Responsible for the support of the existing E/E system functions (basic ECU functionality) for the drive control unit development of a major OEM  E/E system function development support, including test management  Problem management and troubleshooting  Coordination of the vehicle Flashing activities, coordination of programming and coding as well as diagnostics and authentication work  Awareness of security requirements and aligning the work allocation & planning accordingly  AUTOSAR, vehicle condition management and network diagnostics  Implementation of the system function in the ECU development and steering of suppliers according to client specifications  Reporting to committees at management level  Regular sync for test results with German interfaces. 能力及技能Competences and Capability & Skills  Extensive professional experience in the automotive industry or comparable environment  Experience in the field of software and electronics development of ECUs and embedded systems  Basic knowledge of vehicle wiring system architectures, communication buses (e.g. CAN, FLX)  Ability to work independently  Very good communication skills  Confident appearance in committees and management reviews  High degree of self-organization and structured work  Ability to handle multiple complex problems at the same time  Good English, both written and spoken
