- Test vehicle preparation and administration • Documentation of hardware and software changes • Application, administration and monitoring of Connected Drive accounts. • Documentation and reporting of vehicle status • Administration of test vehicles according to BMW Fleet Management • Responsible coordination of license plate applications, maintenance and repair of test vehicles - Testing and Validation • Planning, synchronization, preparation and performing of vehicle testing and validation based on I-Step-Plan / SWIP • Validation of Digital Services and Products from customer perspective. • Planning, execution and documentation of VKs (“Versuchskataloge”, Test Catalogs). • Execution of test cases for ticket retests and DiPS testing according to assignment. • Providing test vehicles to BMW team for Validation events on request. • Reporting of test activities as daily test report. • Planning of test events and test campaigns. • Support of testing resource and capacity planning. • Support of evaluation of Benchmark vehicles. 能力及技能Competences and Capability & Skills  Able to work in English environment (Oral and Written)  Sensitive to figure out problem;  Good communication skills;  Very good driving skill 教育背景 Education Bachelor or above in automotive/engineering major 工作经验 Working Experience  At least 3 year working experience in automotive testing area, Experience with Infotainment testing is preferred  Proved experience with team management / project management (leading a project team)
