职位描述：

• 婴配 特医产品研发

• Support the nutrition powder formula development related work including benchtop study, research and pilot trial study, analytical requirements, storage and handling and product stability plan. Share observations, record run summaries of experiments, develop conclusions with action plans. Communicate through verbal updates and written reports. • Assist plan experiment design to improve product qulaity, accurancy and expedincy by exceuting development plan for the optimization of nutrient, microbiological, organoleptic and physical quality of new and/or improved products while adhering to relevant internal and external constraints. • Support documentation preparation and filling to ensure compliance based on policy and extenral engagement activities requirements. • Responsible for lab equipment management including maintaining,calibrating and cleaning • Be able to comply data integrity, compliance and EHS requirements. Education • MS in Food Science, Applied chemistry and Phamaceutical, or related scientific field is preferred. Oversea education is a plus and Bachelor degree is the mandatory. Skill / Experience • Food chemistry, processing/engineering, techology and analtyical related knowledge and obtain post graduate degree in at least one or more areas is a plus. • Understand specialized academic and industrial trend. Building up knowledge on cross-functional team's work scope. • Able to generate report in English and understanderable Oral English. CTE-6 pass. • Microsoft Office, SPSS/SAS/R is prefered • External and cross-function team communication to understand project progress and support project. • Assist with lab management.
