Your job ? Meet Target sales plan annually and frequent manage of reporting and forecasting. ? Continuously identifying, develop and explore new business opportunities with customers to achieving continuous growth and increase market share. ? Identify customer needs, market trends and analyze competitors. ? Work with oversea design-in engineers to follow-up transferred projects properly ? To effectively handle all customer complaint appropriately within the minimum time frame. ? Develop market strategy and identify new business opportunities to achieve continuous growth. ? Work with internal customer service team to ensure high quality of customer service level. ? Promote and expand company’ reputation and brand in the region. Your professional background ? Bachelor degree or equivalent in Electronics/Electrical. ? 3 years above of working experience in the electronics industries. ? Experience in handling international EMS companies is a must. ? Excellent verbal and written communication & presentation skills. ? Experience in EMC/inductors passive components is an added advantage. ? Must possess strong entrepreneurship, leadership, self-motivated, result-oriented as well as cultural issues awareness. ? Proficiency in English and Mandarin. ? Able to travel frequently as and when required.
