Your job ？ Meet Target sales plan annually and frequent manage of reporting and forecasting. ？ Continuously identifying, develop and explore new business opportunities with customers to achieving continuous growth and increase market share. ？ Identify customer needs, market trends and analyze competitors. ？ Work with oversea design-in engineers to follow-up transferred projects properly ？ To effectively handle all customer complaint appropriately within the minimum time frame. ？ Develop market strategy and identify new business opportunities to achieve continuous growth. ？ Work with internal customer service team to ensure high quality of customer service level. ？ Promote and expand company’ reputation and brand in the region. Your professional background ？ Bachelor degree or equivalent in Electronics/Electrical. ？ 3 years above of working experience in the electronics industries. ？ Experience in handling international EMS companies is a must. ？ Excellent verbal and written communication & presentation skills. ？ Experience in EMC/inductors passive components is an added advantage. ？ Must possess strong entrepreneurship, leadership, self-motivated, result-oriented as well as cultural issues awareness. ？ Proficiency in English and Mandarin. ？ Able to travel frequently as and when required.
