To provide professional service to the customer in relation to grinding machines’ installation, commissioning and reparation 1. Positioning the machine, putting the machine into the right position, connect the electricity, water, air, etc. 2. Turning on and debugging the machine, testing all the function before commissioning 3. Machine commissioning, grinding the testing parts according to the contract terms 4. Providing technical training to the customer 5. Providing professional maintenance to the customer 6. Following the assigned customers in relation to the spare parts, technical service (in/out of warranty) 7. Supporting Italian engineers for the onsite intervention in China
