Department: Medical Function under Clinical Development Report to: CMO Location：Shanghai(preferred) or Taipei Purpose of Job: The (Senior) Medical Director will oversee and support the clinical development strategy and execution on various stages, ranging from early to late development. The position will lead multiple projects to ensure the product development is in line with scientific breakthrough and evolving Innovation strategy demands. Major Responsibilities： 1.Play a co-leading role together with Clinical Operations Function in driving Elixiron EI-001 and EI-1071 projects to the objectives and building Innovation scientific capability including making CMC deliverables, defining regulatory path and implementing clinical development plan. 2.Act as one of the core team members of clinical development and support of the pre-clinical and clinical development strategy and execution. Build medical function under clinical development to ensure consistency of scientific strategies with target label claims and goals. 3.Manage a portfolio of complex development projects serving as the primary scientific contact in our focused areas to ensure the identified asserts be further developed and advanced. 4.Participate in ongoing enhancements/development of core team processes, structures, systems, tools, and other resources in all clinical development and operational areas. 5.Collaborates with a variety of internal and external partners and stakeholders, such as the KEEs, the scientific lead of each project in discovery function, clinical operations, vendors etc. 6.Maintains the highest standards and levels of scientific knowledge in the related therapeutics and disease areas of assignment. 7.On hands working on medical monitor and medical writing together with team and external vendors/partners. Qualification Required： 1.M.D., Master degree or Ph.D with life science background in Immunology, Oncology, Neuroscience, Hepatitis or Vitiligo area required. 2.Above 10 years pharma/biotech or related industry experience with track records of effective contribution to development of disease strategies, plans and executions. 3.Be visionary and contribute to longer-range drug development. 4.Excellent project management skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks and goals across multiple development assets to ensure the timely on-target accomplishment. 5.Able to effectively drive discussions and decisions toward desired end-results. 6.Good communication and presentation skills.
