Job Descriptions: 1.Be in charge of DQE, CQE and lab team. 2.Focus on Customer quality maintenance and internal quality continual improvement, 3.Lead CQE team to dispose customer complaints, maintain good quality control and relationship with customer. 4.Lead CQE team to push internal quality improvement. 5.Lead DQE team to identify potential quality risk and take preventive actions. 6.Lead Lab team to develop test requirement and standard, evaluate testing capability, reduce potential quality risk in advance. 7.Team development and management, Qualifications: 1.Bachelor's degree or above in electronic or mechanical engineering, 2.More than 8 years of quality work experience with solid knowledge of Cable Assembly related products, more than 5 years of quality management work experience. 3.Familiar with quality tools such as SPC, MSA, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, Problem Analysis Tools, 6-Sigma black belt. 4.Trained in quality management tools and solid knowledge of ISO9001, IATF16949, QC080000, certificated internal audit is preferred, 5.Familiar with international standards such as UL, CSA, IPC 6.Good communication skills with customer and internal team. 7.Good oral and written English. 8.Good leadership and strong problem-solving ability. 原标题：《助理质量经理》
