Job Responsibilities -Ensure timely and cost effective purification processing, optimization and scale-up to meet all quality and regulatory demands. Support project transfer from internal and external customers and preparation of transfers to clinical manufacturing or manufacturing. -Exchange actively with colleagues in order to ensure best-practice sharing and best use of resources in accordance with the supervisor. -Specialist for purification topics, filtration chromatography and IPC. Perform trouble shootings and problem solving when needed. -Work within a team of technical and scientific personnel in a complex lab in a disciplinary and functionally manner. Qualifications -Degree: Bachelor or above degree. -Major: Bio Engineering, Biopharmaceuticals, Biology, Biochemistry or related field. -Language skills & proficiency: Good English skills in read and write. -Required experience: For bachelor, more than 3 years of relevant industry experience; for master, more than 1 year of relevant industry experience.
