Job Summary： The Sr. Firmware Engineer （Embedded Software） is a key member of the Engineering team. You will be leading the development efforts on existing and new smart electronic locks. As a member on the development team, you will be leading and involved in developing new solutions, products, concepts, features and the integration of our smart electronic locks into our ecosystem or our partners’ ecosystems. You will contribute to and be responsible for all phases of embedded firmware development. Specific responsibilities will be associated with the design, development, integration, maintenance, testing, quality and performance assurance of firmware in support of new wireless electronic lock solutions and partners’ integration. You will be working with a cross functional team members: firmware and hardware engineers, mobile applications and cloud developers, software testing team and non-technical team members. 高级软件工程师（嵌入式）是我们研发团队中的关键角色。您将主持现有及最新的智能电子锁的开发工作。作为研发团队的一员，您将领导并参与开发新的方案、产品、概念、功能，并将我们的智能电子锁整合到我们或者合作伙伴的生态系统中。您将致力于并负责嵌入式软件开发的所有阶段，具体职责包括软件的设计、开发、集成、维护、测试、质量及性能的保证，从而支持新的无线电子锁方案以及合作伙伴的整合。您将跨部门工作：比如软件和硬件工程师、移动应用程序和云开发人员、软件测试团队和非技术团队。 Education and Experience Profile ● BS or MS Degree in Computer, Electronic or communication Engineering ● More than 5 years of professional embedded software development experience ● 计算机，电子或通信等相关的本科或硕士学位 ● 5年以上专业软件开发经验 Required Skills ● Strong industry experience in embedded firmware/software development for ARM core microcontrollers ● Strong design experience in C/C++ for embedded applications ● Experience with wireless communication protocols( WIFI, BLE, Thread, etc.) or MCU peripheral interfaces (I2C, SPI. UART, etc.) ● Experience in the tools like Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket and Git. ● Experience in Agile/SAFe is a plus. ● Strong sense of urgency and ownership. ● Strong communication, passionate, flexible, collaborative, works independently, sets own goals and has a “can-do” positive attitude ● 丰富的相关行业的ARM嵌入式软件开发经验 ● 熟练使用C/C++语言 ● 具有无线通信协议（例如WIFI, BLE, Thread 等）或控制器接口的经验（例如I2C,SPI,UART等) ● 具有Jira/Confluence/BitBucket/Git相关工具的使用经验 ● 具有敏捷开发的相关经验 ● 具有较强的的紧迫感和主人翁意识 ● 沟通能力强，热情，灵活，协作能力强，工作独立，目标明确，态度积极
