1. RESPONSIBILITY • Lead team scrums to define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities, and communicate with stakeholders throughout the project • Own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features based on business value, customer need, and technical feasibility. • Groom and clarify backlog requirements by writing user stories and define acceptance criteria, etc. • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, QA, etc.) to ensure a smooth and efficient product development process. • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product requirements and expectations. • Monitor and report on key product metrics, identifying areas for improvement and optimization and implement by . • Lead product discovery sessions, defining new features and functionality based on market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis. • Work with team to support release train to make sure product releases are on time and meet quality standards. 2. REQUIREMENTS Must Have: • Bachelor's or above degree in Science and Engineering, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a software development environment. • Strong understanding of software development principles, methodologies, and best practices. • Excellent communication skills, able to effectively convey complex ideas and concepts to diverse stakeholders. • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong teamwork ability and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and autonomously, with strong self-motivation and initiative. • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, able to adapt to changing priorities and requirements. • Passion for creating high-quality, user-friendly products that meet the needs of customers and stakeholders. • Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, SaFE, etc.). • Familiarity with product management tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.). • Fluent in English for both reading and writing Preferred to have: • Experience with IOT industry • International experience preferred
