Job Description WishPost platform provides various logistics services to our merchants for shipping their parcels to abroad, which plays a critical role behind the scene of shopping in Wish. Our dev team owns modules including merchant accounts, permissions management, micro-frontend framework, ordering system, logistics operation tools, which brings together our merchants and their ERPs, logistics carrier vendors, and internal operation managers to serve a better buyer experience. WishPost platform, together with warehouse management system, has complex business scenarios with high concurrency requirements, offering opportunities for designing high-level software deisgn solution, scoping performance improvements, figuring out best practice experience for build up systems from scratch, etc. We focus more on personal ownership of each software developer and aim at cultivating each member to be a professional engineer 岗位基本需求 1、本科及以上学历，有软件开发专业背景或经验，可实习至少6个月，每周至少4天 2、掌握基本的代码编写规范和代码常识，掌握基础算法，数据结构以及面向对象变成 3、能够快速理解业务需求，并根据业务逻辑和知道编写前后端业务代码 4、了解python、mongo数据库使用 5、HTML/CSS/JavaScript基础扎实，熟悉W3C标准，对ES.Next有足够的认识，了解ECMA规范发展状况 6、了解主流框架(React/Vue)的使用，能够利用好已有的基础设施快速进行研发项目 7、前端调试与优化能力强，对定位问题有一套完整的思路方法，能快速解决代码中的bug 8、对前端工程化有一定的认识，对常规CI/CD流程有了解。 Who you are: 1. B.S. degree, or higher, has experience or background of software engineering. The candidate can work as intern for at least 6 month, 4 days per week. 2. Master basic coding standards, has coding sense, basic algorithms, data structures and OOA programming. 3. A fast learner for business knowledge and requirements, can write code according to business logic. 4. Know well about python, database such as MongoDB 5. Has strong coding skills on HTML/CSS/JavaScript, familiar with W3C standards, know about ES.Next, learn about ECMA standards current status. 6.Know about React / Vue usage, can quickly start UI working with existing code base. 7. Can handle frontend debug and perf improvement, has a complete methodology to locate the reason of the issue, and can solve bug quickly. 8. Have proper knowledge on frontend engineering, and basic CI/CD process. 具备以下者优先 1. 熟悉前后端整体开发流程，能够从项目整体考虑设计方案，熟悉至少一种后端语言，Java/Python均可 2. 熟练使用Vue, React 等前段技术。 3. 对组件化开发有深入理解 4. 熟悉Linux，熟悉常用命令，了解Shell，Awk，Sed等使用 5. 熟悉团队开发流程，熟练使用git工具进行代码管理 6. 有开源作品或技术博客 Prefer to 1.
