Skills & Educational Requirements： Degree holder Major in English or international Business, freshman is welcome but with working experience of 3-5years is preferred. Sound knowledge of inbound and outbound services. Strong experience on customer services & satisfaction, loyalty & retention and customer data control. Pleasant, creative, positive mindset and tactful communication & problem-solving skill. High level of self-motivated and target-oriented mind. Good command of spoken & written in both English and Chinese. Duties&Responsibility • Fully support sales team, to freedom the sales from the daily paperwork, to focus on the client development. • Positively communicate and enhance relationship with related customers. • Accelerate the respond/quotation efficiency to increase customer satisfaction. • Data analysis to support sales activity. • Internal CW1 system maintenance. • Complete the internal/external sales report.
