Responsibilities Develop and execute branding/communications strategies to drive user growth Organize and manage user-facing events and tradeshows. Develop relationships with key publications in tech, fashion and other relevant industries. Orchestrate social media plans and work with our design team to produce content for both local/regional and global audiences. Develop ideas for blog content and execute posts specific to the region on a regular basis. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to support external engagements and lead generation opportunities. Write and issue press releases for major announcements Spearhead the creation of inkanzhunternal and external video content. Initiate new ideas or branding/communications initiatives for Brand Communications Chapter to drive greater impact. Manage and mentbossor a Brand Communications Associate tkanzhuneam member. Requirements B.A. in Marketing, Branding, Communications, PR, or related fields Minimum 3-year work or internship experience in fashion/tech or agencies specializing in fashion/tech. High understanding of Weibo, WeChat, Douyin, QQ, Xiaohongshu and the latest mebossdia trends in China. Experience in B2B events & trade shows/exhibits is desired Creative, analytical, inquisitive, driven, and takes initiative. Agile, with proven ability to work in fast-paced environments and adhere to tight deadlines. Great verbal and written communication skills. Positive and BOSS直聘enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to invest long-term. Must be fluent in English and Chinese.
