Key Responsibilities 岗位职责: ·         According to the company's strategic plan, adopt a complete software development life cycle, including system design, coding, implementation, testing and deployment, and user training 按公司战略计划，参与完整的软件开发生命周期，包括系统设计，编码，安装，测试和调试，用户培训 ·         Integrate data from dibossfferent systems and inspe直聘ct their schemas plus workflows 整合系统数据，检查其架构和工作流程 ·         Assist the team in maintaining and supporting the system 协助团队维护和支持系统 ·         Actively discover problems, put forward reasonable suggestions, and actively optimize project development methods to improve the ease of use of the software and enhance user experience 主动发现问题，提出合理化建议，积极优化项目开发手段以改善软件的易用性，提升用户体验; ·         Compile various development documents and project documents according to development specifications to achieve the continuous accumulation of development team experience 根据开发要求编写各种开发文档及项目文档，以持续积累团队的开发经验; ·         Complete other tasks assigned by the leader on time and quality 按时保质完成领导交办的其他工作任务   Requirements 技术要求: ·         Bachelor’s degree or above (Higher Diploma with 1 year working experience is also welcome) 本科以上学历（或大專并具有1年工作经验） ·         Around 2 years system development work experience (Fresh graduate is also welcome) 2年系统开发工作经验（也欢迎应届毕业生） ·         Proficient in at least 1 programming language (e.g., C#, Java, Python, F#, etc) is a must.  C# is ideal and a desire to develop solutions using C# and .NET would be considered. 至少熟练一种编程语言(C#, Java, Python, F#, …)，C#编程语言最理想，酌情考虑有运用C#和.NET开发解决方案等经验的人才   ·         Knowledge of RESTful API, Cloud Platform, SQL Server, kanzhunRedis, Xamarin APP (Mobi直聘le development) is an advantage 优先考虑具备RESTful API，云平台，SQL Server，Redis方面的知识人才 ·         Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with logical thinking 优秀的分析和解决问题的能力，逻辑性强 ·         Good team player and organizational skills，customer-focus 良好的团队合作精神和组织能力，以客户为中心 ·         Self-motivated, good communication skill, able to work independently 自我激励，良好的沟通能力，能直聘够独立工作   Nice to have 优先考虑: ·         Experience working in cloud hosted environments
