Core Responsibilities and Duties: Research Conducts basic research for case teams, Practice Areas and client development utilizing electronic, print and other resources as assigned under the supebossrvision of a RDS Specialist, Team Lead or Manager May participate as a member of an Industry and/or Capability Team supporting cases, and respond to requests from client teams; should also be proficient in conducting research in all areas of interest to Company Builds industry and/or capability expertise by attending Practice Area meetings, industry conferences and regular reading of internal and trade publications Solicits feedback from internal clients on performed research Asset Building Participates in asset-building projects including contributions to knowledge sharing, data source evaluation, customer training and other projects as assigned May particbossipate as a member of an Industry and/or Capability Team. Provides ongoing support for basic asset-building activities including processing orders and new acquisitions, cataloging and serials check-in, end-user system updates, tracking circulation of materials from the collection and ongoing maintenance of print and other special collections. Qualifications Degree in information science or business from an accredited university - or equivalen直聘t higher education degree 1 – 4 years of conducting business research in a fast-paced consulting, financial services or other business setting or equivalent preferred Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English required Proficient online search skills – Google, Baidu, company website, government portal, specialized sector sources/database and other standard business research tools (Factiva, Refinitiv, Euromonitor, WIND, CEIC, EMIS etc) Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, PPT and WORD Training and presentation skills helpful
