Responsibilities: Identify & exploit business opportunities through superior consumer, 来自BOSS直聘market and competitor trends understanding. Develop category strategies based on consumer/shopper insights, competitive threats and brand issues and opportunities. Applies understanding of local consumers, customers, and competitors to to develop holistic experiences across the ecosystem - including new products and product forms, and ways of creating experiences across touchpoints Work closely with cross function dept. to deliver new ideas to the local consumers. Manage and monitor every new product development project and coordinate with intkanzhunernal departments including R&D, quality control, procurement, logistics, legal, etc., and external partie直聘s to ensure timely completion of every NPD project.
