Recruiter- AELQ

1. Business structure linkage (Part of organisation or process)
The role reports to Talent Acquisition Supervisor.

2. Purpose
Plan and conduct recruiting activities

3. Main tasks
• Draft the recruitment process and schedule. Optimize the process and improve the efficiency of recruitment.
• Implement recruiting plan, including build and maintain the recruiting channel, ensure to find the qualified candidates in cycle time.
• Prepare analysis report on staffing including turnover rate, interview data, monthly recruiting status and etc.; make recruiting budget.
• Conduct exit interview with records and support the retention plan.
• Make quarterly update for all JD & Org-chart based on SOP requirements.
• To provide one-stop-support to business team, and build trust & connection with employees who are supported.
• Keep close understanding of the business needs; translate the business requirements and challenges into relevant HR actions and initiatives.
• Be a listener and a communicator for the employees, be involved in employee relation issues.
• Assist direct supervisor to finish the other routine works.
4. Responsibility
• Ensure execution and quality of recruiting in AELQ

5. Authority
• Authority to decide upon corrective actions if any of above does not work as intended.

6. Competence Requirements
• At least 1 years’ relevant experience in a general HR field with bachelor's degree. Manufacturing plants experience is a plus.
• Good English communication skill.
• PC skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office software required.
• Solid analytical skills. Quick Learner.
• Sound judgment and analytical skills to enable assessment of risk and problem solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills, communication/ listening skills, and presentation skills are essential.
• Able to work independently and be flexible to changing priorities.
• Must have excellent teamwork and organizational skills.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.

在路桥工厂计划并实施招聘活动

3. 主要任务
• 编制招聘流程,优化招聘环节,提高招聘效率
• 负责实施招聘计划,有效地开发和维护招聘渠道,确保在规定的时间内找到合适的候选人
• 月度招聘情况、面试等数据等相关分析报表,制作招聘预算
• 进行离职面谈,为人才保留计划提供有效支持。
• 向所支持的业务团队提供一站式的支持,与业务团队成员建立信任和联系
根据SOP要求, 对所有JD及Org-chart进行季度更新
• 密切关注和了解业务需求,并把业务要求和挑战转化为相关的HR的行动
• 倾听员工声音,并参与员工关系问题的解决
• 协助直接主管完成其他日常工作

4. 责任
• 确保路桥工厂招聘工作有质量的开展
5. 职权\权限
• 当上述任务无法按预期开展时有权力决定更正措施

6. 技能要求
• 本科学历,工厂从业经验者优先
• 良好的英语沟通能力
• 电脑技能:MS Office 等与工作相关的软件操作知识
• 良好的分析能力,快速学习者
• 合理判断,分析和解决问题的技巧
• 优秀的组织能力、沟通/聆听技巧及表达技巧非常重要
• 能独立工作,灵活变动优先权
• 良好的团队精神和组织技巧
• 可以在一个干扰频繁及快节奏的环境中工作
