职位描述

As a Manager Digital Analytics at adidas you are responsible for developing and delivering cutting-edge analytics data solutions to end users, that can enable multiple use cases to drive better consumer experience and commercial benefit to the company. You are expected to work in collaboration with IT and markets, to define a robust product backlog, managing capability expansion increments and landing the teams towards new functionalities and best practice definitions are a few examples of the activities that will be expected from this role.
Key Responsibilities
Scope: Accountable for data product of medium complexity
Product Strategy & Delivery
• Be accountable for the product success considering the value for the consumer and the company (ROI).
• Specify the product vision and roadmap as well as user stories considering the value for the consumer and the company as well as its role and impact on the adidas digital ecosystem.
• Be accountable for product delivery in line with the roadmap and committed delivery dates.
• Identify and solve dependencies with other product owners to ensure efficient delivery.
Stakeholder Management
• Represent the business for the product, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that their views and requirements are captured in the product backlog.
Backlog Management
• Prioritize the items in your product backlog. Specify the definition-of-done in cooperation with the product team.
• Own the refinement of your product backlog to ensure that the product team is delivering the right enhancements to drive consumer and business value.
• Provide acceptance for delivered backlog items by the team, in line with the definition-of-done.
Monitoring
• Be accountable for monitoring, optimization and enhancement of the configuration, features and functionalities related to the product.
• Use data sources and feedback loops to ensure the team focuses on the right enhancements.
People Management
• Provide team members/vendors/suppliers with clear direction and targets that are aligned with business needs and China Hub objectives.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate workload and organizational efficiency with the support of data and feedback and make appropriate changes in order to meet business needs.
Requirements
Education & Experience
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or related majors
• 4+ years of experience with major big data technologies and frameworks including but not limited to HDFS, MapReduce, Spark, Hive, HBase, Cassandra and Elastic Search
• Minimum 2 years of experience as product owner in data domain, experience with big data solutions developed in large cloud computing infrastructures such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud
• In depth understanding of different phases of product development lifecycle and understanding of Agile Scrum processes
• Ability to analyze several possible decisions of engineering problem and evaluate which one is better suited
• Possess strong SQL knowledge and general knowledge of data management, data governance, Knowledge of one additional programming language as Java, Scala, R, Python or C#
• Data Science and Analytics experience is a plus (Machine Learning, Recommendation Engines, Personalization)
• Ability to provide technical requirement and ideally solution from an architect perspective
• Practical expertise in performance tuning and optimization, bottleneck problems analysis
• Ability to provide realistic estimation on required effort and manage to complete tasks in accordance with estimation
Soft-Skills
• Good communication skills and comfortable presenting to stakeholders at various organizational levels both in person and remotely
• Solutions-oriented approach and entrepreneurial mindset
• Basic leadership skills are a plus
Hard-Skills
• Advanced domain knowledge
• Familiarity with A/B testing or other multivariate testing
• Advanced knowledge of Agile working methods e.g. Scrum/Kanban
• Comfortable working with enterprise-level platforms and technologies
• Basic understanding of IT
Fluent in English both verbally and written
